TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) STANDARD 2000 - SECT 31D
31D When ss 31 to 31C do not apply to operators of taxi services
Sections 31 to 31C do not apply to an operator of a taxi service if a service
for the administration of taxi services takes bookings for the taxi service
under a service contract.
