Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) An operator of a relevant service may only use a vehicle to provide the service that is of a type and age suitable to provide the service.
(2) The operator is taken to comply with subsection (1) if the vehicle complies with the requirements for the vehicle, if any, stated in schedule 1.
(3) Also, an operator of a relevant service must comply with the obligations that apply in relation to the vehicle under schedule 1, sections 8(2), 9(2), 10, 29(4), 30(1), (3) and (7), 31, 32(2), (3) or (4), 33(1) and 34(2).
