TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) STANDARD 2000 - SECT 23
23 Design and construction of bus manufactured before 20 May 1992
An operator of a relevant service must ensure that a bus manufactured before
20 May 1992 used to provide the service complies with the Code of Practice
'Omnibus Licensing Evaluation S6' as issued at August 1992.
