Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A driver of a relevant vehicle must not operate the vehicle if the driver's fatigue level may endanger passenger safety.
(2) The driver does not contravene subsection (1) if the driver complies with any requirements about fatigue management applying to the driver under--
(a) the Transport Operations (Road Use Management--Fatigue Management) Regulation 2008; or
(b) an alternative compliance scheme about fatigue management approved under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995.
