RETIREMENT VILLAGES REGULATION 2000 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) Section 7 commences on 1 July 2000 immediately after the commencement of section 230 of the Act.

(2) Subject to subsection (1), this regulation commences on 1 July 2000.
