9 Administration, receivership or liquidation—Act, s 19B
(1) This section applies if a notifiable dealing with a resource authority is
required to be executed because the holder of the resource authority is placed
into administration, receivership or liquidation.
(2) For section 19B (2) of
the Act , the administrator, receiver or liquidator must give notice to the
chief executive of the notifiable dealing to enable its registration.
