36 Prescribed period for complying with requirement to give chief executive
copy of notice or consent—Act, s 205
(1) This section prescribes, for section 205 (1) of the Act , the period
within which a relevant entity must comply with a requirement of the chief
executive to give the chief executive a copy of a notice or consent given by
or to the relevant entity under chapter 3 of the Act .
(2) The period is 10
business days starting on the day the chief executive makes the requirement.
