Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to the other provisions of this subdivision, the terms of the ROLR contract are the ROLR's terms, under section 53 of the Act, for its standard large customer retail contracts.
(2) If the ROLR's terms are inconsistent with another provision of this division, the ROLR's terms are unenforceable to the extent of the inconsistency.
