Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) For section 131A(3)(g) of the Act, QCA has the function of administering the retailer of last resort scheme.
(2) QCA may supervise the ROLR and give it directions concerning the administration of the scheme.
(3) QCA has any other powers necessary or convenient to perform the function.
