Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies if, immediately before the happening of the ROLR event, the defaulting retailer was, under the same contract, providing customer retail services under the Act and customer retail services under the Gas Supply Act 2003.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that this part--
(a) only applies for the provisions of the contract relating to customer retail services under the Act; and
(b) does not affect the other provisions of the contract.
