Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies if the responsible person has provided a meter or links for the premises and there is a seal on the meter or links.
(2) A person (the first person) must not break or interfere with the seal unless the responsible person has permitted the first person to do so.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
