Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) The responsible person may require the customer to make changes to the customer's electrical installation at the premises that are necessary to allow connection of a meter at the premises.
(2) Until the requirement is complied with, the connection obligation does not apply to the distribution entity for the premises.
