Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) On deciding a reclassification application for a premises the relevant distribution entity must give the customer and the relevant retail entity for the premises written notice of the decision.
(2) If the effect of the decision on the customer's classification was not requested or agreed to by the applicant, the notice must be an information notice.
