Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to section 30J, a customer or the relevant retail entity for a premises may apply to the relevant distribution entity for the premises to decide whether the customer is a small customer for the premises (a reclassification application).
(2) A reclassification application may be made even if the customer claims to be a large customer, or no longer to be a small customer, for the premises.
