Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies to a decision under section 30F(1) by the relevant distribution entity for a premises if the decision is to change a customer's classification for the premises.
(2) The distribution entity must give the customer and the relevant retail entity for the premises an information notice about the decision.
