Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) An electricity entity may cause the characteristics of a customer's protection device to be changed and tested to maintain discrimination between the customer's protection equipment and the electricity entity's protection system.
(2) The electricity entity may seal the adjusted protection equipment.
(3) A person must not unlawfully break or otherwise interfere with the seal.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3)--20 penalty units.
