Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) If an electricity entity goes on a publicly controlled place to take action for which notice must be given under section 18, the public entity that has control of the place may require the electricity entity to act on the days and at the times the public entity reasonably requires.
(2) The electricity entity must comply with a reasonable requirement by the public entity under subsection (1).
