Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies to a port authority responsible for a port for which explosives limits have been approved by the chief inspector under section 62.
(2) The port authority may prepare, and give to the chief inspector for approval, a new explosives limits document stating different explosives limits for the port.
(3) The chief inspector must deal with the document under section 62.
