EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2003 - SECT 62

62 How chief inspector must deal with explosives limits document

(1) The chief inspector must, as soon as practicable after receiving an explosives limits document from a port authority--

(a) approve, with or without changes or conditions, the explosives limits for the port stated in the explosives limits document; or
(b) refuse to approve the explosives limits.

(2) If the chief inspector decides to approve the limits, the chief inspector must, as soon as practicable, give the port authority--

(a) notice of the approved explosives limits for the port; and
(b) if the chief executive decides to approve the explosives limits with changes or conditions--a decision notice about the decision.

(3) If the chief inspector decides to refuse to approve the explosives limits stated in the explosives limits document, the chief inspector must give the authority a decision notice about the decision.
