Queensland Consolidated RegulationsA port authority may prepare, and give to the chief inspector for approval, a written document (an explosives limits document), for a port for which the port authority is responsible, stating--
(a) for each class and division of explosives handled at the port--the maximum amount (the explosives limit), worked out using a risk assessment process, of explosives that may be handled safely at a berth within the port at one time; and
(b) details of the risk assessment process used.
