EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2003 - SECT 60

(1) The port authority responsible for a port must ensure--

(a) explosives are not handled at the port unless there are approved explosives limits for the port; and

(b) explosives are handled at the port as required under--

(i) the port's approved explosives limits; and

(ii) AS 3846 or alternative safety measures for the standard.

Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.

(2) In this section--

AS 3846 means AS 3846--'The handling and transport of dangerous cargoes in port areas' (1998).
