Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) An explosive is exempt from section 36 of the Act if the explosive is--
(a) part of the operational equipment of a prescribed vehicle; or
(b) a distress signal on board a prescribed vehicle.
Examples--
1 an airbag in a vehicle
2 a distress signal on board a boat as part of the boat's safety equipment
(2) In this section--
prescribed vehicle means a vehicle or boat entering the State from another country or leaving the State for another country.
