Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A person must not possess an explosive mentioned in section 44(1) unless the person is an adult.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the following explosives--
(a) an unrestricted firework;
(b) a distress signal on board a vehicle or boat;
(c) small arms ammunition that is possessed by a person who is licensed or otherwise authorised under the Weapons Act 1990 to use a firearm that uses the ammunition.
