Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) An application for renewal of a licence mentioned in subsection (2) must be accompanied by a record of explosives used under the licence by the holder during previous term of the licence.
(2) For subsection (1), the licences are the following--
(a) a licence to use explosives;
(b) a shotfirer licence;
(c) a fireworks operator licence.
