Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A fireworks operator licence authorises the holder of the authority to--
(a) use fireworks for the purpose of a fireworks display; and
(b) possess fireworks for the purpose of using them in a fireworks display; and
(c) store and transport the fireworks, as required under parts 8 and 9, for the purpose of using them in a fireworks display.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that a fireworks operator licence does not authorise the holder of the authority to purchase fireworks.
