Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsA shotfirer licence authorises the holder of the authority to--
(a) use the blasting explosives stated in the licence; and
(b) possess the blasting explosives for the purpose of using them under the licence; and
(c) store and transport the blasting explosives, as required under parts 8 and 9, for the purpose of using them under the licence.
