Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsA licence to use explosives authorises the holder of the authority to--
(a) use the explosives stated in the licence for the purpose stated in the licence; and
(b) possess the explosives for the purpose of using them under the licence; and
(c) store and transport the explosives, as required under parts 8 and 9, for the purpose of using them under the licence.
