Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsIf a person has requested that the chief inspector declare an explosive to be an authorised explosive for the Act, the chief inspector must, as soon as practicable after deciding whether to make the declaration, give the person--
(a) if the chief inspector decides to make the declaration--notice of the decision; or
(b) if the chief inspector decides not to make the declaration--a decision notice about the decision.
