27 Keeping record of information
(1) A holder of a relevant authority must keep the record of the information
until the end of the first of the following periods— (a) if the authority
ends—3 years after the authority ends;
(b) if the holder stops being the
holder of the authority—2 years after the holder stops being the holder of
the authority.
(2) The holder must keep the record in a form that is readily
accessible, usable and able to be interpreted.
