Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) Sections 31 and 32 of the Code apply so that a separate statement of account may be, but is not required to be, given in respect of any or all credit facilities provided under a credit contract.
(2) This section applies--
(a) to pre-Code credit contracts to which sections 31 and 32 of the Code apply; and
(b) to any other credit contracts entered into not later than 2 years after the commencement of the Code.
