Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) Section 25(2) of the Code extends to specifying, for any purpose or purposes under a credit contract, when a day ends. Different times may be specified for different purposes.
(2) This section applies--
(a) to pre-Code credit contracts to which section 25(2) of the Code applies; and
(b) to any other credit contracts entered into not later than 2 years after the commencement of the Code.
