Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) The Code does not apply to the provision of credit under a pre-Code contract (other than a continuing credit contract) or to the contract and related matters.
(2) To avoid doubt, this section has effect even though credit is provided after the commencement of the Code.
(3) This section is subject to section 52 of this regulation.
