(1) This section applies if a person who proposes to make a building
development application asks a representative of the service to attend a
meeting (a
"preliminary meeting" ) to discuss the application.
(2) The person must pay
the service the following fees—
(a) for attendance of the representative at
the first preliminary meeting requested by the person—
(i) for the first
hour of the meeting—nil; and
(ii) for each additional hour, or part of an
hour, of the meeting—644.20 fee units;
(b) for attendance of the
representative at a later preliminary meeting—for each hour, or part of an
hour, of the meeting—644.20 fee units.
