Costs for attending fire engineering brief meetings—travel and accommodation
64 Costs for attending fire engineering brief meetings—travel and
accommodation
(1) This section applies if—
(a) an applicant for stated building work asks
a representative of the service to attend a fire engineering brief meeting
about the stated building work; and
(b) the representative is required to
travel more than 200km to attend the fire engineering brief meeting.
(2) The
applicant must pay the service the reasonable travelling and accommodation
costs of the representative attending the meeting.
