Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) The chief executive may waive payment of a fee for a person if the chief executive is satisfied payment of the fee by the person would impose unjustifiable hardship on the person.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a fee payable under section 27.
