Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies if the chief executive, under section 20, 20A, 20B, 22 or 22A, removes a person's name from an adoption list or the expression of interest register or assessment register.
(2) The chief executive must give the person a written notice of the removal.
(3) However, the chief executive is not required to give the person the notice if the chief executive can not find the person, after making reasonable inquiries.
