ADOPTION OF CHILDREN REGULATION 1999 - SECT 21
21 Removal from Special Needs Children's Adoption List--Act, s 13B(9)
The time prescribed for section 13B(9) of the Act is 2 years from the time the
person applied to the chief executive to become an adoptive parent.
