Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A person named in an adoption list or the expression of interest register must pay, within the reasonable time required by the chief executive, the relevant fee specified in schedule 1 for an assessment under section 13B of the Act.
(2) The chief executive must not carry out the assessment before receiving the fee.
