96 Additional information may be required
(1) The regulator may, by notice, require either or both of the following (the
"recipient" ) to give additional information about the drinking water quality
management plan—
(a) the drinking water service provider;
(b) if the
drinking water service provider is the prescribed related entity of the
relevant infrastructure owner—the owner.
Example of additional
information—
information about arrangements relating to the supply of water
to or from the provider’s drinking water service
(2) If the recipient
fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the requirement within the
reasonable period stated in the notice, the application is taken to have been
withdrawn.
(3) A requirement under this section is an
"information requirement" .
