661 Customer service standards continue to apply

(1) If, immediately before the commencement, a service provider’s customer service standard (the
"existing standard" ) is in effect—

(a) subject to subsection (2) , the existing standard continues in effect on and after the commencement; and

(b) the service provider must prepare a customer service standard (a
"new standard" ) under chapter 2 , part 4 , division 3 no later than the later of the following two days—

(i) 31 December 2014;

(ii) the day that is 6 months after the commencement.

(2) The existing standard ceases to have effect when the new standard is published.
