654 Continuation of strategic asset management plan
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the changeover day, the
outgoing service provider has a strategic asset management plan for the water
service.
(2) From the changeover day—
(a) the plan becomes the incoming
service provider’s strategic asset management plan; and
(b) the notice of
the approval of the plan given to the outgoing service provider under section
74 (1) is taken to apply to the incoming service provider.
