Requirement for, and main purpose of, emergency action plan
352E Requirement for, and main purpose of, emergency action plan
(1) The owner of a referable dam must have an approved emergency action plan
for the dam.
(2) The main purpose of an emergency action plan for a dam is to
minimise the risk of harm to persons or property if a dam hazard event or
emergency event for the dam happens.
