(1) As soon as practicable after deciding to accredit a proposed voluntary
product stewardship scheme, the chief executive must give the scheme manager
for the scheme notice of the decision to accredit.
(2) If the chief executive
refuses to grant the application, the chief executive must as soon as
practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision to
refuse.
