Applications for approvals made before the commencement
274 Applications for approvals made before the commencement
(1) This section applies to an application for an approval made under the
repealed provision, but not finally dealt with, before the commencement.
(2)
The application may continue to be dealt with under the repealed provision as
if this Act had not been enacted.
(3) If the approval is granted, it is taken
to be an approval of the same type granted under chapter 8 of this Act.
(4)
The review and appeal rights relating to the application, or an approval
granted on the application, under the Environmental Protection Act continue to
apply as if this Act had not been enacted.
