(2) The person commissioned by the recipient must be independent
of the recipient and of the premises to which the waste audit relates.
(3) In
this section—
"suitably qualified person" , in relation to the conduct of a waste audit,
means a person who has the qualifications and experience appropriate for
conducting the audit.
