204 Power to enter
(1) An authorised person may enter and stay in a vehicle if the vehicle is
stationary and the authorised person reasonably suspects, or is aware, that a
thing in or on the vehicle may provide evidence of the commission of an
offence against section 53(2) or 104(1) .

(2) An authorised
person may not enter a part of a vehicle under subsection (1) that is used
only as a living area.
(3) The power to enter under this section is in
addition to the powers under section 192(1) (a) (ii) .
