Minor amendment of waste management strategy
(1) A minor amendment of the waste management strategy may be made without
complying with the requirements of part 2 .
(2) In this section—
"minor amendment" , of the waste management strategy, means an amendment of
the strategy— (a) to correct a minor error in the strategy; or
(b) to make
another change that is not a change of substance; or
(c) on 1 occasion only,
to extend the period for which the strategy is in force for a period of not
more than 1 year.
