(1) The chief executive may make a code (an
"end of waste code" ) that states—
(a) for registered resource
producers—when a particular waste stops being a waste and becomes a
resource; or
(b) for resource users—conditions about using a resource,
including, for example, conditions about how, and the purposes for which, a
resource may be used.
(2) The chief executive may grant an approval (an
"end of waste approval" ) to a person that states—
(a) when a particular
waste stops being a waste and becomes a resource; or
(b) conditions about
using a resource, including, for example, conditions about how, and the
purposes for which, a resource may be used.
