(1) A reporting entity has an obligation to give the chief executive, within 2
months after the end of each financial year, a report in the approved form and
in compliance with the requirements under this division, about the entity’s
receiving, sorting, recycling, treatment or disposal of waste in the financial
year.
(2) A reporting entity that has an obligation under subsection (1) must
comply with the obligation unless it has a reasonable excuse.
