WASTE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING ACT 2011 - SECT 127
Amendment of plan
127 Amendment of plan
(1) A local government may adopt an amendment of a waste reduction and
recycling plan having effect in its local government area if it considers the
amendment to be appropriate, having regard to—
(a) changing waste reduction
and recycling opportunities; and
(b) changing circumstances in which the plan
operates; and
(c) other matters arising from a review of the plan as required
under this part; and
(d) anything else the local government considers
relevant.
(2) A local government may not adopt an amendment of a waste
reduction and recycling plan having effect in 2 or more local government areas
unless all the local governments adopt the amendment.
